Are you looking forward to attending Salesforce’s biggest event apart from Dreamforce? Well, we definitely are. The Salesforce London World Tour is set to be full to the brim with avid Salesforce enthusiasts from all walks of life and all types of sectors. With talks from Salesforce CMO, Simon Mulcahy and the Challenge’s Oliver Lee OBE, this year’s world tour is one to watch out for. It’s quite clear that there’s a large variety of things to do and see at the World Tour and while this may be endearing to some, it may be slightly frightening to others. With so much going on, it’s tricky to know where to start. Luckily, here at Ebsta, we’ve come up with 5 things that you’d be mad to miss at the Salesforce World Tour.

1. Trailhead

Trailhead has completely revolutionised the way that professionals use Salesforce. With its various tips and tricks, it’s now a billion times easier to use everyone’s favourite CRM platform and even easier for newbies to get stuck into the fascinating world of Salesforce. Once you get to the event, all you have to do is try out Trailhead and then you’ll be eligible for a prize (cool, right?). 3. The Customer Success Expo

Have you ever thought about how cool it would be if the AppExchange came to life? No? Well neither have we but the Customer Success Expo is basically that, and it’s an incredible place to be. Also, known as the heart of the World Tour, it’s quite easy to get carried away and find yourself spending the whole day in this buzzing epicenter. With live demos and swagtasic bundles, you can feel the energy and excitement just by walking through the arena.

4. After Parties

After the World Tour, what better way to end the day than with a relaxing cruise down the river Thames or in a buzzing nightclub in London’s Leicester square? There’s no doubt that the best way to network is with a drink in hand and after parties have made that possible. With events led by Docusign, New Voice Media and Make Positive, there’s no better way to wrap up a long day of demoing, learning and training than with an after party.
