Ebsta Release Notes (1.156.17 and 1.156.18)

Product News

Version 1.156.17

We’ve just released a new update to Ebsta for Salesforce that will show Users when they have already added an email to Salesforce via Ebsta and support for the pre-population of Case Record Types.

Show Email Has Been Added

The “Add Email” button will now remain as a green tick after a User has added an email to Salesforce via Ebsta to stop Users inadvertently adding the email again.

Pre-Populate Case Record Types

Ebsta will now pre-populate some of the standard Case fields in Ebsta when creating different Case Record Types (this follows on from a previous release on 17th August 2015). The update should automatically filter through, but if it doesn’t please go to Chrome Settings > Extensions > Ensure Developer mode is checked at the top > Click Update Extensions now.

Ebsta Release Notes for Verstion 1.156.18

We’ve just released a new update to Ebsta for Salesforce (version 1.156.18) that includes a new optimisation for Jobsite. The update should automatically filter through, but if it doesn’t please go to Chrome Settings > Extensions > Ensure Developer mode is checked at the top > Click Update Extensions now.
