NEW Ebsta Chrome Release (Version 1.156.1)

Product News
We’ve just released a new update to Ebsta Chrome (Version 1.156.1) to resolve a number of Support Tickets (and because we love our customers!).
FIX: Log a Call Status
Ebsta will now default to a Status of “Completed” when a User clicks the “Log a Call” button.
FIX: Remove Master as a Record Type
Ebsta will now allow Users to hide the Master Record Type (via the Control Panel) in the Ebsta bubble. Beforehand, it would remain in the Ebsta Bubble even if Users tried to hide it.
FIX: Turn off Ebsta Bar in Zendesk
Ebsta will no longer drop the Bar in Zendesk. It affected performance and we’ve had a number of Support Tickets asking for it to be removed.
FIX: Gmail Parsing Overwrite Issue
Ebsta will no longer overwrite field values in the Bubble when Users open and re-open it. Beforehand, Users would find that Ebsta would update the field values to what was parsed from the email signature (after they’ve already updated themselves when creating a record) as they closed and then reopened the Bubble.

How do I get the latest update?

The update should automatically filter through, but if it doesn’t please follow the steps below:
Chrome Settings > Extensions> Ensure Developer Mode is checked at the top > Click Update Extensions now.

Feedback?

Thanks for all your feedback and support. If you have any ideas (the good, the bad and the ugly!) then please let our Product Manager know at daniel@ebsta.com.
