Founded in 2012, Ebsta continues to build upon its revenue intelligence platform helping customers such as Copado, DPD, Crowdcube  & KnowBe4 drive revenue growth through the understanding of relationships and engagement held across the business and throughout the customer lifecycle.

The Role

Ebsta is moving into a scale up period of fast growth and is looking to expand the senior management team and find the operational leader to work across the teams in the business and focus on delivery.

You will be collaborating directly with the Chief Growth Officer to translate strategy into actionable company-wide goals and lead execution across product, business development, sales, marketing and customer success.

By implementing a world-class operational infrastructure you will will be responsible for ensuring Ebsta can acquire, onboard and delight customers at scale

Focused on achieving ambitious objectives and motivating a high-performing team you will deliver operational improvement that allows Ebsta to grow its people, processes and culture at a higher pace and effectiveness

Driving KPIs and OKRs, instilling and maintaining a high-performance culture across all teams.

Identifying and filling gaps in the team, working with the Head of People to hire and develop world-class talent required to deliver on the business objectives.

Join the senior management team and provide stakeholders with timely updates and management reports.

Coming from an operational background ideally in a SaaS or product business you will have a breadth of experience, be comfortable working across many teams and be able to pragmatically plan the right priorities for execution, align teams and effectively manage delivery.
