About the Role

Ebsta is looking for a Renewals Specialist to join the Customer Success team, assist in our renewal process and ensure customer success and satisfaction. This person will be responsible for managing the subscription renewal sales cycle, post-sales customer support, licensing, and other general ad hoc sales and customer success functions. Through relationship building and frequent communication, the Renewals Specialist will assist in ensuring timely renewals, increased knowledge of Ebsta products, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to start at the ground level of Customer Success with the ability to advance through the Customer Success ranks or other functions of the business, such as Sales or Support.

Skills & Abilities Required

  • Overseeing all assigned contract renewals, which includes working directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Managing renewal process communications for all customers world-wide and in multiple time zones
  • Using customer usage data to drive customer success through the use or proper leveraging of Ebsta products
  • Contributing to the ultimate success of Ebsta’s customers, including customers onboarding, retention, expansion, and renewal. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from their investments in Ebsta products and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis
  • Proactively managing each customer’s business needs and work flows while actively seeking opportunities to partner with Customer Success Managers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business and collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure overall sales growth
  • Follow and hit target expectations; reports to the Head of Customer Success
  • Communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers by following processes, guidelines and policies
  • Track and manage all renewal activity in Saleforce.com

What you will need to succeed

  • Motivation. We are trying to change the world…not clock-in…clock-out
  • People skills. You need to be comfortable on the phone and engage in difficult discussions while maintaining your composure and happy self
  • Willingness to go above and beyond job tasks presented
  • Sales or SaaS experience a plus
  • Any experience dealing with customers or customer relationships will be a big plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems helpful
  • Excellent skills using Office suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Attention to detail and ability to apply critical thinking skills in a contract and business environment
