Accelerate Sales and Rev Ops Efficiency Through Engaging Video Platform With Antoine Leprince, Revenue Operations Manager at EasyMovie

In this week’s episode of Sales Ops Demystified, Tom Hunt and Alex Freeman are joined by Antoine Leprince, Revenue Operations Manager at EasyMovie. They discuss how to create a unified rev ops workflow, how to accelerate sales, CRM, and sales operations through video platforms, and Antoine’s growth objectives for 2022.

The journey from finance ops to rev ops

Antoine has a diverse investment background. His profound interest in tech companies led him to work as a Venture Capital Analyst at Ring Capital. During this role, he screened over thirty fast-growing digital start-ups per week to assist them with capital, the sourcing process, and opportunities advisory.

However, Antoine always felt drawn towards the human side of the business, where he gets to work in a team that strives to achieve the same goal; “Growth”. This led him to switch his career over to sales ops and later rev ops.

As a venture capitalist (VC), Antoine used his analytical mindset to choose a company and role. Since his previous company, Ring Capital, had already invested in EasyMovie, Antoine was well aware of their operations and was delighted to join their team.

Antoine’s team and revenue function at EasyMovie

EasyMovie runs its operations in Paris and New York. Antoine’s team consists of three members, including Antoine and two sales ops reps. For efficient data analytics and concentrated planning, Antoine has placed sales ops reps strategically; one for each geographical location.

EasyMovie’s growth objectives

EasyMovie has refocused the entire company on e-mail outreach to increase the sales efficiency of the video platform.

More time is invested in sales ops strategy because it is an integral part of the process. The rest of the time is spent on marketing and customer success ops.

Breaking down the silos and creating the inter-department sync

Antoine reports directly to the CEO, as he has a full picture of marketing, sales, and CSM. He believes in breaking down the silos by aligning the departments; unlike reporting to the VP of sales, where the main focus will primarily be on sales.

Antoine’s focus for 2022 is to achieve a smoother process for a better customer experience. Adopt the simplest process both internally and externally in order to align the departments and enable easy tracking.

Accelerate your sales efficiency through an engaging video platform

EasyMovie is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and is an enterprise all-in-one video platform that enables exceptional customer experience and employee content sharing. It is a video engagement and revenue intelligence solution that maximizes sales engagement and CRM efficiency.

EasyMove offers a special feature – “video storage”. This helps the sales reps to share deal wins, which in turn adds value to the entire team. Furthermore, the customer success team can use the videos to record customer reviews. You can store up to three-minute-long videos. In addition, special templates are provided for quick, easy, and simple video creation.

Creating a unified rev ops workflow

The role of revenue operations is to have a complete view of all the departments. When a process or task is implemented by one department, it impacts the other departments as well. So, to create a lean process, information must flow from the marketing department to sales, and back from sales to marketing.
