Salary: £60,000–£70,000 base, £120,000–£140,000 OTE

The Account Executive will be entrusted to drive net new revenue growth, from our ICP target accounts, across the UK, EMEA and the US.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving net-new revenue growth from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) target accounts across the UK, EMEA, and US. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, leveraging internal resources like Marketing, SDR, and Partner teams to identify, nurture, and close new opportunities.
You will also contribute valuable feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy and work on challenging, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for commercial and select mid-market accounts within the Salesforce and Hubspot ecosystems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects across the UK, EMEA, and US regions.
- Collaborate closely with SDR teams to convert warm leads into opportunities.
- Partner with the Partner Function to identify new leads, advance pipeline opportunities, and leverage partner insights.
- Meet and exceed an annual quota of £600,000 ARR.
- Utilise CRM tools (ideally Hubspot) to track client engagements and maintain accurate records.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve sales strategy and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven SaaS sales experience, particularly in complex solution selling.
- Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Hubspot, and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and team environments.
