Location: Shoreditch, London (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £40,000 base, £60,000 OTE

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking driven Senior SDR and BDR executives to join our team and contribute to our expansion across the UK, EMEA, and US markets. If you’re passionate about sales, technology, and helping businesses thrive, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Identify and engage ICP accounts across the UK, EMEA, and US markets.
🔹 Book high-value meetings for our Account Executives and work closely with them to drive revenue.
🔹 Leverage cutting-edge sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more) to maximise efficiency.
🔹 Develop creative outbound strategies to engage decision-makers.
🔹 Collaborate with Marketing & Partnerships to optimise lead generation.
🔹 Be a key player in refining and optimising our go-to-market strategy.

What We’re Looking For

✅12+ months experience in a high-performance SDR/BDR role (ideally SaaS).
✅ Track record of hitting & exceeding targets—you know how to generate pipeline!
✅ Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can hook a prospect fast.
✅ Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot (or willingness to learn).
✅ A relentless drive to learn, improve, and grow in a fast-moving environment.
✅ Passion for tech, SaaS, and B2B sales—you love the challenge of a complex sale!
