Best advice from 200 episodes
Whilst every guest brought their own interesting insights, if Tom had to pick his favourite episode, it would be David O’Neill. This was the 188th episode and covered David’s 25 year journey in Sales Ops.
Tom’s key takeaway from this episode was that a healthy sales and RevOps mindset lies in understanding what the customer wants from you.
When it comes to operations, your customers are your team.
It is important to spend time with them to understand what their day to day looks like so you can identify and prioritize processes that need to be improved.
